Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using The Coaching Blueprint platform ("the Service"), operated by The Coaching Blueprint ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of service

The Coaching Blueprint provides digital coaching resources, automatically generated session plans, session plan assessments, and coach education materials for grassroots football coaches. The Service includes a free tier (Open Access) and a paid subscription (Blueprint Pro).

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription and payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in British Pounds (GBP). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the platform — including but not limited to coach handbooks, session plans, workshop materials, diagrams, and the Coaching Blueprint methodology — is the intellectual property of The Coaching Blueprint. You may use the content for personal coaching purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display any content without our prior written consent.

6. Automatically generated content

Session plans and feedback produced by our automated tools are provided as guidance based on the Coaching Blueprint methodology. They are not a substitute for professional coaching qualifications or judgement. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting automatically generated content to suit your specific coaching context and the needs of your players.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; attempt to access content beyond your subscription tier through technical means; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content; or interfere with the operation of the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
